The hotel was spacious, and the meals were outstanding, I loved the good and unbeatable location near State Street and even Navy Pier, the downtown area close to shopping and eatery, and the market. The rooms they have were great-sized and nicely decorated with the bedroom and 13 to 39, for example.

Hotel's location was particularly good, close to many other restaurants. Plus, it was not far from other tourist destinations and Magnificent Mile shops.

They offered us brand-new and reasonably priced rooms with 13 to 39 and a premium view, as example. The breakfast with wine and hot options, as example was excellent, you’ll find what you need. The location was excellent and wonderful, close to Chicago Water Tower.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with hot options and also wine, the best I had in Chicago. Its location right at a contemporary art museum was magnificent.

Buffet breakfast had eggs, sausages, waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit, coffee. Friendly staff. One-bedroom suite great for families with 2 TVs. Kitchenette and social hour with filling meals. Convenient location with minimal noise.

great location, close to shops & cafes, short walk to Millennium Park. excellent breakfast & bonus evening food/drink. comfortable room. staff warned about busy lifts, but no issues.

Very convenient locAtion with good price

The location was absolutely perfect. Close to everything and easy to walk or catch a cab anywhere you want to go. Also parking, although expensive overall but very normal for Chicago, had in/out service for your car.

Rooms are very small. Elevators are pretty small for the size of the hotel. Hotel staff was not very warm, but did an ok job.

We loved our stay; the rooms and service were great. Being at a near distance from the Chicago subway station was a big advantage. The hotel's valet was top-notch. The views from the window were beautiful.

My wife and I were pleasantly suprised with the location, price and the room itself. Our room was on the 26th floor and was a corner room. It was a king deluxe and it was amazing. The city views from the bedroom and the living room were awesome. Very nicely decorated and very clean. We had absolutely no problems at all with this hotel.We would recomend it to anyone who is planning a trip to Chicago for business or pleasure. Our room had a leather sofa that pulled out to a bed, a chair, mini bar and safe. Also had a very large desk to work at with a 32 inch flat screen tv. The bathroom was thru a door leading to the bedroom which had a king size bed that was so comfortable I did not want to get out. 42 inch flatscreen also in the bedroom. I have stayed at many hotels in my life and I have to say this was one of the best.

The bar adjacent to the lobby is friendly and comfortable.

Paying for Internet as a guest is not right. The gym was not air conditioned!
